Carr Gomm video case study

We hear from Carr Gomm's Business Development Manager, Andrew Thomson, about the organisations approach to recording and measuring personal outcomes, the development of their conversation-based outcomes tool and how reporting works in practice for a number of audiences.

Two versions of the video are available: one short introductory summary of the interview, and another, longer and more in-depth version with details of the outcomes tool.

I.ROC video case study

In this series of videos we hear about Penumbra's Individual Recovery Outcomes Counter from three different people:

  • Jane Cumming, Development Manager, who describes the background, development, and implementation of I.ROC
  • Sara Zielinska, Support Manager, who works with the tool daily
  • Moira Hunter, volunteer and receiver of support, who has personal experience of using the tool.
