Edinburgh Child Protection Committee Annual Report March 2005-2006

This is the first report of the newly constituted Edinburgh Child Protection Committee and it reviews the operation of the Committee in the period March 2005 to March 2006. It reports good progress in meeting the Committee’s objectives with work still to be progressed, particularly in the area of child protection public awareness, implementing the child protection inter-agency training strategy and the revised Lothian and Borders Inter-Agency Child Protection Guidelines in the autumn of 2006.
