Report commissioned by the Responsible Gambling Fund (RGF) that aims to ‘map the gaps’ in the current evidence base relating to harmful gambling.
It sets out findings from a Rapid Evidence Assessment of academic and ‘grey’ literature, describing the quantity and quality of existing research in this field, and highlighting areas in which evidence and knowledge are sparse or lacking.
The report focuses upon eight research issues raised by the RGF. It may also be of interest to academics and researchers working in the field of harmful gambling, to those working in the gambling industries and to those in regulatory bodies, as well as to professionals
working in health, criminal justice, social care and other related fields.
