The Christmas holidays

The Alzheimer's Society is the UK's leading care and research charity for people with dementia, their families and carers. They produce information and advice sheets to support those affected by dementia. Christmas can be a particularly stressful time both for carers and for people with dementia. Many carers choose to spend Christmas with the person they care for, whether they live with them year round or invite them to stay over the Christmas period. Others have a loved one living in a care home.
