Co-producing criminal justice: executive summary

Literature review which was requested by the Community Justice division of the Scottish Government to advise on and inform the development of a user engagement strategy for criminal justice policy and practice. The purpose of the review was to provide an overview of existing research evidence relating to the concept, practice and value of user engagement in criminal justice policy and practice.

British Society of Criminology

The British Society of Criminology aims to further the interests and knowledge of both academic and professional people who are engaged in any aspect of work or teaching, research or public education about crime, criminal behaviour and the criminal justice systems in the United Kingdom.

The Society has been in existence for 50 years and has a wide-ranging membership based here and overseas.

The Internet Journal of Criminology

Online journal of primary criminology research papers written by some of the most up and coming criminologists in their fields.

Although these criminology papers are not anonymously peer reviewed, like those in the articles section of the journal, primary research papers are reviewed and edited by the General Editor and members of the Editorial Board to ensure they meet the high standards of the Internet Journal of Criminology.

Children, young people and offending: draft action plan 2011-2014

Draft action plan that sets out how the Children, Young People and Offending sub group will contribute towards the implementation of the Northern Ireland Children and Young People's Plan. This overall plan sets out that all CYPSP planning work will contribute towards a shift to early intervention, and to integration of resources from all possible sources in order to improve outcomes for children and young people.
