This report was compiled with the intention of reviewing the reablement training programme provided by West Lothian Council. The programme came about as part of the 'Reshaping Care for Older People Services Agenda'. This programme was funded through 'The Agenda for Change fund'.
Professor Ian Shaw (University of York) interviewed by Rhoda MacRae (Iriss) 24th February 2009 about practitioner research. Ian was in the process of evaluating the initiative taken by Children 1st and the Glasgow School of Social Work to develop a practitioner research programme.
