Health promotion, inequalities and young people's health : a systematic review of research

This study describes how much health promotion and public health intervention research has focused on inequalities in young people’s health; and what methods have been used to define and measure inequalities This systematic review was published by EPPI-Centre in 2008. Systematic reviews aim to find as much as possible of the research relevant to the particular research questions, and use explicit methods to identify what can reliably be said on the basis of these studies.

Lives less restricted: a report into the use of compulsory community treatment in Scotland

Report that reflects findings from a programme of visits to people who were subject to compulsory treatment orders with community based powers, i.e. who were not liable to be detained in hospital. The orders are referred to as Community Compulsory Treatment Orders (CCTOs).

The visits took place between November 2010 and March 2011.
