Journeys back into work: A series of case studies on the subject of supported employment

The inequality between disabled people’s employment rates and those of the general population is stark. Despite improved legislation and various employability initiatives to tackle the disparity, little progress has been made in increasing the level and quality of disabled people’s labour market participation.

The stories provide a picture of the outcomes that supported employment can achieve, both for the clients of supported employment services, and for employers.

Dementia: finding housing solutions

Report that highlights how good housing and related services can impact positively on the lives of people with dementia, from delaying more intensive forms of care to preventing admission and readmission to hospital.   • reduce or delay demand for health and social care services for people with dementia

  • deliver improved health and social care outcomes at a lower cost

Using vouchers to increase access to short breaks: findings of pilot study Falkirk Council
