The report is particularly interested in unpicking lessons learned from previous incidents as recounted in the research literature and through case study interviews. Review published by the Social Care Institute for Excellence (SCIE) in July 2008.

This multimedia learning object provides an introduction to the "task-centered" model of social work intervention. This model was based on the work of Sigmund Freud and the psychoanalysts.
