Includes audio recordings of the keynote addresses as well as five video interviews capturing key points from a leadership event that took place in Elgin, Moray on 17 March 2011, organised by the Moray Collaborative Learning Network.
The network comprises The Moray Council, Moray College, NHS Grampian; RAF Lossiemouth; Grampian Fire and Rescue Service; Grampian Police, Voluntary Action Moray and the Learning Network North (social services).
The 4 Ps are: Purpose, People, Process and Performance. The Framework is:
• a resource of practical tools and ideas;
• a means of stimulating new ways of reflecting and new ways of taking action which are complementary, or additional, to existing local leadership development activity and inspection and audit processes.

In April 2010 The Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) and Scotland's four Social Service Learning Networks launched 'Changing Lives: Leadership business plan 2010-2011' setting out a new strategic approach to developing effective leadership for social services.

Leading for Outcomes is a unique study into senior leadership in children’s services in England, drawing on in-depth primary research with leaders in eight local authorities, and 22 directors of children’s services.
The eight local authorities were selected on a range of factors but primarily to represent existing high performers or rapidly improving authorities in terms of outcomes.
The Scottish Dementia Working Group (SDWG) is an independent group that was set up by people with dementia. We are a friendly group run by, and for, people with dementia or a related condition. We meet to support each other and find ways to improve services and attitudes.

We do lots of things to improve services. We participate in forums, committees and conferences to change policy. We campaign to make dementia a high priority.
