ADCS is the national leadership organisation in England for directors of children’s services appointed under the provisions of the Children Act 2004 and for other children’s services professionals in leadership roles.

This is the first broadcast interview with Sharon Shoesmith, former Director of Haringey Childrens Services, following the death of 'Baby P'. She talks about the case, her department’s failings, her refusal to resign and how she has responded to the vilification.
