No place to call home: the social impacts of housing undersupply on young people
Report that explores the social impacts of the undersupply of housing on young people. Through quantitative and qualitative research, it was found that, although it is still a strong aspiration - with 88 per cent of young people aged 18-30 wanting to own their own home in 10 years' time - homeownership is thought to be unattainable for a majority. Fifty-one per cent of those currently renting thought that they would not be able to own in the next 10 years.
