Assessment at Home pathway: the experiences of service users, carers and staff in South Glasgow during the early stages of implementation - July 2012 to January 2013
One of a series of reports which forms part of the PROP Practitioner Research Programme, a partnership between the Centre for Research on Families and Relationships (CRFR) at the University of Edinburgh and IRISS that was about health and social care for older people.
This research explores the Assessment at Home (AAH) pathway as experienced by a cohort of practitioners, carers and service users. Specifically, it:
- explores staff, carer and service user experiences
- identifies a number of factors which support or inhibit an effective AAH process
